Cantonese Restaurant.
Typical
Cantonese restaurant: three floor of intense busy table and
people choosing the diverse dishes. A real experience.
Do not to be conservative in choosing your dishes.
If you like
Chinese food (Cantonese) this is the place to go.

This is one of the real
discoveries of a great and authentic Italian restaurant, well
off the beaten track. You need to have a car to drive
their.
Do not bother with asking for a
menu and discuss with the chef what is fresh that day.
Allow
plenty of time for a meal. They have simple comfortable
room.
Take time
to walk through the village and down to the river. It is a
fascinating little town.
We have been their many times
over 15 years and it is consistent exceptional.

2 hours drive from Cape Town |
Montague is a town to stop off in
as you are heading east or west. The Mismosa Lodge was a
memorable stop off point. The main lodge is a bit of a
rikaty old (Cowboy Western Style) hotel with creaky wooden
stairs and floor boards. A place of real character.
The also have more modern rooms towards to be back of the lodge.
What
made it a special stop off point was the welcome and friendly
host, owner and chef Bernhard.
We had a relaxing pre-dinner drink with the other guests in the
club, followed by dinner.
The route
coming from Worchester towards Montague A60 and then A62 is a
very picturesque route pass from the plains coming from
Worchester and plunge down through very rugged gorges and canyon
towards Montague, passing though a beautiful arch cut in
the side of the gorge where the road passes through.

This is something special. Unique, and
I am not one to use the words lightly. Location and food
are west coast 6 Star, only because the bet 5 star does not
match it. The best restaurant in Scotland.
